The Tanzania Red Cross hospital and clinics in the Nyarugusu camp treat as many as 800 patients every day as part of the humanitarian services provided to refugees and host communities alike. Lawrence, a Red Cross medical officer, speaks of the many challenges of providing care in the world’s third-largest refugee settlement.
